Education
Multi-millionaire businessman Zungu attended Hilton College. He completed his post-matric in 1984. He studied for a BSc in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cape Town.
Sandile obtained an MBA in Business Administration at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business in 1995. He finished a Program for Global Leadership certificate at the Harvard Business School in Boston, USA, in 2000.
Career
Sandile established the Zungu Investments Company (Zico) in 2002, a diversified industrial holdings organization.
The company’s interests include education, manufacturing, property, sport, forensics, gaming, and resources. Sandile is the executive chairman of the company.
The businessman believes in inspiring transformation, and it’s achievable through business empowerment. In 2020, he acquired the football club AmaZulu F.C.
Zungu became the new Chancellor at Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) in September 2022. He is also the Chairman of EOH Holdings.

Sandile Zungu married the businesswoman Zodwa Zungu. Sadly, their union ended after her passing away following a long battle with cancer. They had three children, Mfundo, Lwazi, and Vuyo.
In June 2022, he married Nozipho Magubane in a lavish wedding ceremony in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
